They lock on the schedule you choose. Morning, after work, all day. Your call.
Check in with someone
Pick a friend or family member. BetterBuddy opens Messages with a message ready. You tap Send.
Your apps unlock
Confirm you sent it and you're back in until the next lock. Your streak goes up by one.

Does BetterBuddy send messages for me?
No. It opens Messages, WhatsApp, Telegram or Phone with your message ready to go. You decide whether to send it.
What if they don't reply?
That's fine. Reaching out is what counts. Once you confirm you sent it, your apps unlock.
Can I still use the rest of my phone?
Yes. Only the apps you pick get locked. Calls, texts and everything else work as normal.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. BetterBuddy is iPhone only for now.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can cancel BetterBuddy from there at any time.
